It's not often you can buy awesome pieces at down-to-earth prices, but Cierra Interiors in Houston is one place you can do just that. It seems that nearly half our Spanish/Mediterranean home is furnished with art and furniture we found at Cierra, from iron bar stools to a planked breakfast table and high-backed chairs, from Mexican-tile art in the kitchen to pulcheria bar art in the Cabana to a massive master bed we customized to an oversized worm-wood antique "entertainment center" in our living room which looks like it came right out of a movie set in old Mexico.

Our blue stoneware sits nestled along scalloped shelves in a rustic Mexican "China" cabinet. In our yard you'll find a old wooden corn grinder, and on both front porch and back patio you'll find oversized turned-wood painted benches and natural wood pieces turned into pseudo coffee tables and end tables. In our outdoor kitchen you'll find a carved-wood old-time teak Mexican Coca-Cola box just waiting for the ice, the cokes and the cerveza you want to cool. In every nook and cranny of our home you'll find nested tables, ornate iron and wood art and lamps which are just right for that particular place.
