How can one define a store like Cierra? Why each of our locations has its own personality, a living, breathing space, in constant evolution with such wonderfully crafted furniture arriving and departing our showrooms. Yes, Cierra carries items from a number of revered makers, including Jason Scott Furniture, Classic Home, Sherrill, Old Hickory Tannery, Precedent, Dove Tail, TerraSur, IDS, Motioncraft, Bernhardt, Roberta Schilling and Raquels. But the majority of the pieces we offer are one-of-a-kind, each with a story in tow, having served another’s purposes in a faraway village.Whether the older furniture conjures up the past, or the younger pieces suggest new stories as yet untold, they all trigger the imagination. One piece courts another and another, and soon a room then a home becomes an entirely new place. Like magic.
Founded by Tim Heard in 1988, Cierra Interiors is a family-owned and operated furniture store based in Austin, Texas. Shortly after the first store opened, Tim married Shana Mora and together they grew the business for 21 years. Cierra Interiors is one of the first stores of its kind in the region to offer “rustic” furniture, a unique blend of antique, handmade and distressed pieces. We are devoted to helping you create an environment and an experience you will love for a lifetime.
